One guy. Every car.

Landon opened Ogden Window Tinting in May 2018. Almost ten years into tinting, he still installs every vehicle that comes through the shop himself. The reviews keep saying his name because he's the one doing the work.

The story

Born here. Still here.

Landon grew up in Ogden. He started the shop in May 2018 with a computer cutting machine, a squeegee and a rule he still hasn't broken: the owner does the install.

I've been making precision cuts since my middle-school duct-tape wallet hustle. Almost ten years in tint now. Every car that comes through our shop gets worked on by me personally. Clean edges, no bubbles, film that lasts. You're dealing with the owner, not a franchise tech on his third week.
— Landon

That's the whole business model. No franchise, no call centre. The person you talk to is the person who tints your car. If your car gets tinted at 5804 Harrison, Landon tinted it.

The mission

Live generously.

It's on the sign, the shirts and the back of every car we finish. It isn't a slogan about tint. It's the reason the shop exists.

Utah has the highest melanoma rate in the country. At 4,300 feet the sun is stronger, we're outside more, and standard auto glass lets most UV straight through. Drivers take the worst of it on their left side, through the window they're leaning on for an hour a day.

Premium film blocks 99% of it. That's a cheap fix for something that isn't cheap at all, and it's the part of this job Landon actually cares about. The clean edges are professional pride. The UV is the point.

#1

Utah's melanoma incidence rate leads the nation. Drivers take most of their UV on the left side, through the glass.

of UV rays stopped by every premium film we install, automotive, home and commercial alike.

The standards

Four things we don't move on.

Tint is a trade with a wide quality floor. These are the four that separate a job you stop thinking about from one you notice every time you get in the car.

XPEL AuthorizedAn authorized dealer, installing genuine XPEL film. The warranty is real because it's registered to your vehicle, not scribbled on a receipt.Authorized dealer
Computer cutPatterns are cut by computer to your exact glass. No blades come near your window, your defroster lines or your door seals. No blades on glass
Lifetime warrantyEvery automotive film we install is warrantied for life against fading, bubbling, peeling and turning purple. Paint protection film — a clear protective film over your paint — carries a 10-year warranty, and light scratches in it disappear with heat.Automotive film
No bubblesEdge to edge, hand finished, and nothing leaves until it's right. That's the standard 300+ reviews are describing.Every install

Landon went out of his way to help me remove tint residue left on our window from another shop. He solved the problem free of charge and was so pleasant and helpful.

Call or text Landon.

He answers his own phone. A photo of the car or the window and a couple of lines is usually all it takes to get a number back the same day.
