Commutes the sun gets paid for.
Layton is a commuting town with Hill Air Force Base's main gate area on its doorstep. Whichever direction you're driving, you're doing it with the sun on one side of the car and the glass doing almost nothing about the UV.

A west-facing room in Layton in July is a losing argument with the thermostat. Home window film cuts the heat and the glare off the TV, stops floors and furniture fading, and keeps the view. Before you drive up.
What tint is legal in Utah?
Front side windows have to let at least 43% of the light through. Rear sides and back glass can be any darkness you want. We build the car to that and tell you honestly if you're asking for something outside it.
Do you drive down to Layton?
No — cars come to the shop, because the film is cut to your exact windows here before it touches the glass. For home and business film, send a few photos and rough measurements of the windows and we'll quote it, usually the same day.
Is one trip really enough?
Yes. Two to three hours for most full cars, and the XPEL lifetime warranty is registered to your vehicle, so you're not making the drive again unless you want another car done.
Can you do a windshield or sun strip?
Yes, both quoted on request. Windshield film goes above the factory line near the top of the glass; a sun strip handles the low sun on the drive home.
