Your building runs cooler.
Commercial window film for offices, storefronts and multi-tenant buildings across Weber and Davis County. Heat, glare, privacy, safety and graffiti — handled at the glass, after hours, without shutting you down.
Six problems, one afternoon.
Glass is the cheapest part of a building to fix and the one nobody touches. Film goes on the inside, changes nothing about the building, and every one of these stops being a complaint.
Afternoon heat
The south and west sides of a building cook all afternoon. Film stops the sun's heat at the glass instead of making the air conditioning chase it around the floor.
Glare on screens
Nobody should work behind closed blinds at 2pm. Glare-control film keeps the daylight and takes the wash-out off monitors.
Tenant comfort
Hot-desk complaints, space heaters in January and fans in July usually trace back to one wall of glass. Fix the glass, lose the ticket.
Privacy
Daytime privacy for ground-floor offices, conference rooms and anything facing a parking lot — without frosting the glass permanently.
Energy
Less heat from the sun means less cooling, and a building that holds an even temperature floor to floor instead of fighting itself all summer.
Fade protection
99% of UV stopped. Merchandise in the window, carpet, upholstery and signage keep their colour instead of going pink by August.
Glass that holds together.
A storefront takes the abuse nobody budgets for: smash-and-grabs, scratched-in tags, acid etching, a rock off a mower. Two films deal with most of it, and neither one changes how the glass looks.
- Safety and security film — a thick clear layer bonded to the inside. When a pane breaks, the glass stays in the frame instead of on the floor.
- It slows a break-in down and makes it loud. It is not bulletproof, and we won't tell you it is.
- Anti-graffiti film — a clear peel-off protective layer over the glass. Scratched, etched or tagged, we peel it off and install a new one.
- Cheaper than replacing a storefront pane, and it can be swapped the same week it gets hit.
Matched to the wall.
Which film goes on which face of the building is the whole job. We walk the property, note which way each run of glass faces and how we can reach it, then pick the film window by window.
Safety and security film is quoted separately by thickness, and can go on the same glass as a heat-blocking film.
You keep your hours.
One installer, one point of contact, and a schedule built around your opening times instead of ours.
After-hours install
Evenings, Sundays and Mondays are normal for us — the shop is closed Sunday and Monday anyway. Multi-day jobs get split so you're never missing more than a zone.
Minimal disruption
We work a section at a time, move as little furniture as possible, protect what's underneath and clean up before we leave. Film is installed from the inside, so no scaffolding on your sidewalk unless the glass has to be filmed from outside.
Itemized quote
Priced per square foot, broken out by wall and film, so you can approve the west face now and the rest next quarter. No deposit to get the number.
W-9 and invoice friendly
W-9 on request, invoice after completion, and paperwork that your accounting team and your property manager can both file without calling us.
Walk, quote, install.
Site walk
Free and on your schedule. We measure every run of glass, note which way it faces, how we can reach it and what kind of glass it is, then talk through what each side of the building actually needs.
Itemized quote
Square footage, film and price per wall, in writing. Phase it however your budget wants it phased.
After-hours install
We book the window that costs you nothing — evening, Sunday or Monday. Glass is clean and dry before your people are back in the building.
Before you order.
Do we have to close while you install?
Does security film stop a break-in?
What exactly is anti-graffiti film?
Can you invoice the business?
Live generously.
Send us the address and which side of the building bakes. We'll walk it, measure it and put a number on it — for free.
