The problem
Glass is the weak spot.

The west room

How pricing works

There is no price list for a house, because no two houses have the same glass. What there is: a few photos, a tape measure you already own, and one itemised number before anything is ordered.
Snap a photo of each window you want covered, measure the glass (width and height is all it takes) and tell us which way the room faces and what bothers you: heat, fading, glare or privacy. Send it through the quote form, or text it to (801) 479-8000. You get a price per square foot and a total, in writing, with no deposit taken to find out.
If the number only makes sense for two rooms instead of six, that's a fine answer. Most houses get done a room at a time.

Quote by the square foot
One written number, itemised by room and film, usually the same day. Nothing is ordered until you say go, and there's no deposit to get the quote.
Install day
We work room by room, clean the glass properly, and take the mess with us. The film needs a few days to fully set — it looks hazy at first, then it doesn't.

Questions
Before you book.
Will it make my rooms dark?
Not unless you want it to. Global Transcend 80 lets about 80% of the light through — near invisible on the glass, and it still blocks the heat and the UV. Darker, mirror-look films exist if you want privacy or the most heat blocked. You'll see samples on your own windows before you pick.
Can people see in at night?
Mirror-look films give you daytime privacy, because the bright side is always the mirror side. After dark, with your lights on inside, that flips and the film no longer hides the room. Any installer who tells you otherwise is selling you something. Blinds and drapes still do the night shift.
Will film void my window warranty?
Honest answer: some double-pane window manufacturers put terms around film, and a few exclude it on specific windows. That's why we ask what kind of glass you have when you send your photos and choose a film rated for it. If your windows are still under a manufacturer warranty, bring the paperwork and we'll read it with you before anything gets installed.
How long does it last?
Interior film is protected by the glass and lasts a long time. Film installed on the outside of the glass, like EX Silver Exterior 20, takes the weather directly and has a shorter life — which is why we only use it where we can't reach the window from inside. Every film we install carries a manufacturer warranty, and we go through the exact terms for your film before you book.
