Who we are

What the quote form collects

Our quote form is provided by PeelBoard, the shop-management software we run the business on. When you submit it, we receive whatever you typed in, which is normally:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• What you want quoted — vehicle year, make and model, or the property and windows for a home or commercial job
• Anything you write in the message box, and any photos you choose to attach

That's it. We don't ask for payment details, a date of birth, or a government ID through this site. If you call, text or email instead, we have that message and your number the same way any business does.

SMS consent

The form says it plainly, and it means it: by submitting you consent to receive SMS about your quote and appointment; reply STOP to opt out. Those texts are about your quote, your booking and your vehicle — not marketing blasts. Reply STOP at any time and the texts stop. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

What we do with it

We use your information to quote the work, book the appointment, reach you about the vehicle or property, and keep a record of what film went on what glass — which is how a lifetime warranty claim gets honoured years later. We keep quote and job records for as long as the warranty and our books need them.

Who sees it

• Us. Landon and anyone helping run the shop.
• PeelBoard, our shop-management software, which stores the form submission and sends the texts and emails on our behalf.
• Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with advertisers, lead brokers or data resellers. There is no list to be added to.

Cookies, fonts and analytics

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We don't know who you are until you contact us.

Two outside services do load on the page: fonts from Google Fonts, and the animation libraries this site uses, served from public CDNs. Loading a file from any server means that server sees your IP address and browser — that's how the web works — but none of it is tied to you by us. The embedded quote form and the map are loaded from PeelBoard and Google respectively, and each has its own privacy terms.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text from us to end SMS.
• Ask us to delete what we hold on you — email ogdentint@gmail.com or call (801) 479-8000 and we'll take care of it. If you have an active warranty, tell us, because deleting the record means we can't look the job up later.
• Ask us what we have on file. Same email, same phone number.

Children

This site isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with a new date. We won't quietly start doing something this page says we don't do.
