Excellent workmanship and customer service. The tint came out perfect on my GR86!
Hill AFB window tinting, fifteen minutes north.
The base sits between Layton, Clearfield, Roy and Riverdale, and the shop is about fifteen minutes north of it at 5804 Harrison Blvd. XPEL film, cut to your exact glass, installed by Landon himself. Full car from $279.
Tint that was legal somewhere else.
A posting to Hill means your car arrives wearing whatever the last state allowed, and plenty of it doesn't pass here. Utah wants your front side windows to let at least 43% of the light through. Behind the driver — rear sides and back glass — you can run any darkness you like.
- Fronts too dark for Utah lightened or redone in a legal shade
- Rear sides and back glass matched so the car still looks right
- Old, purple or bubbled film stripped without wrecking defroster lines
- New XPEL film with a lifetime warranty registered to the vehicle
Bring it by and we'll tell you what has to change before anything gets cut. Usually it's the two front windows and nothing else.
Drop it off. Pick it up.
Highway 89 runs past the east side of the base and becomes Harrison Blvd — the shop at 5804 Harrison is right on it. From the west side, take I-15 and come across on Riverdale Road. Either way it's about fifteen minutes. Open Tuesday to Friday 9 to 6 and Saturday 10 to 4.

Drop it before your shift
Doors open at 9, 10 on Saturday. Cars come to the shop — that's where your pattern gets cut to your exact windows.
Pick it up after work
Two to three hours for most full cars. Nothing stays overnight, so it's back on your driveway the same evening.
The base is one of the biggest employers in Davis and Weber County, so plenty of the appointment book already drives this route. Book a time or call the shop.
Parked outside all shift.
A car that sits in an open lot all shift gives the heat straight back when you open the door. Ceramic film blocks a large share of the heat you actually feel, and every film here stops 99% of UV with a lifetime warranty.
| Film | What it's for | Sedan or coupe | SUV or truck |
|---|---|---|---|
| Color Stable | Deep black, never purples | $279 | $279 |
| Hybrid Ceramic Landon's pick | Cuts the heat you feel, no mirror look | $349 | $379 |
| Nano Ceramic | Most heat blocked, for cars parked outside | $499 | $529 |
Front two windows, windshield film, sun strips and tint removal are priced separately. Full price book on the automotive tint page.
The house in Layton, too.
Whether you landed in Layton, Clearfield or Roy, the west-facing rooms are the ones you'll complain about by July. Home window film takes out the heat and the glare, stops floors and furniture fading, and leaves the view alone. Offices and storefronts use commercial window film.
- Cooler rooms, lower cooling bills
- No more faded floors, rugs or furniture
- Daytime privacy, same view out
- Quoted by the square foot from your photos
There's no visit to schedule for either one. Send a few photos and rough measurements of the windows and we'll quote it, usually the same day.
For the front of the car.
A daily run up and down I-15 is gravel, sand and whatever fell off the truck in front. Paint protection film is the clear film over your paint that takes those hits instead. Light scratches vanish with heat; ten-year warranty.
5.0 stars, 300+ reviews.
A perfect rating since 2018, and the same name in every one of them.
Same day appointment and very reasonable prices. Staff even saved me money on an Uber by driving to my place to pick me up once my truck was done.

Is there a military discount?
Can you tint my car on base?
I moved here with tint from another state. Is it legal?
